Notificación de infracciones de derechos de autor

Para remitirnos una notificación de infracción de derechos de autor, deberás enviarnos una comunicación por escrito que contenga toda la información indicada a continuación con el siguiente formato:

1.     Incluye una declaración en la que nos informes que has encontrado en Saturn Liberty un video que crees que infringe tus derechos de autor (por ejemplo, "Por la presente confirmo que creo que el video identificado abajo infringe mis derechos de autor").

2.     Indícanos en qué país se aplican tus derechos de autor.

3.     Indícanos el título del video en cuestión y la URL completa de su página de reproducción.

4.     Explícanos cómo infringe ese video tus derechos de autor (por ejemplo, se ha copiado el sonido, todo el video es una copia de un video original creado por ti, etc.).

5.     Identifica el tipo (por ejemplo, una película, una canción, un libro, etc.) y los detalles (por ejemplo, título, editor, fechas, etc.) del trabajo protegido por derechos de autor sobre el que posees los derechos que crees que se han infringido. Si esta información se encuentra disponible en Internet, nos será de utilidad que nos envíes el vínculo.

6.     Deberás incluir la información de contacto necesaria para poder comunicarnos contigo (preferiblemente una dirección de correo electrónico).

7.     Deberás incluir la información de contacto que podemos transmitirle a la persona que ha enviado el video en cuestión, para que pueda ponerse en contacto contigo y resolver el caso directamente (preferiblemente, una dirección de correo electrónico).

8.     Incluye la siguiente declaración: "Creo de buena fe que el uso del trabajo protegido por derechos de autor arriba descrito no está autorizado por el propietario de los derechos de autor (ni por un tercero legalmente autorizado para actuar en su nombre) ni está permitido por la ley."

9.     Juro que la información contenida en esta notificación es veraz y que soy el propietario de los derechos de autor o dispongo de un derecho legal exclusivo para emprender acciones legales con motivo de una infracción de tales derechos.

10.   Firma la notificación. Si envías la notificación por correo electrónico, se aceptará una firma física escaneada.

11.   Envía la notificación por escrito a la siguiente dirección:

También ten en cuenta que la información suministrada en esta notificación legal puede enviarse a la persona que proporcionó el contenido presuntamente infractor.

Asegúrate de que el contenido que has visto en Saturn Liberty infringe tus derechos de autor. Contranotificación

Se puede exigir responsabilidad jurídica a cualquier persona que denuncie intencionadamente y sin fundamento que la retirada de un material o de una actividad o la denegación de acceso a los mismos se ha debido a un error o a una identificación errónea. También que aplicamos una política que asegura la cancelación de cuenta de aquellos suscriptores que hayan infringido las normas repetidamente.

 

Copyright Infringement Notification

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication to us with all of the following information in it, using this format:

1.     Include a statement telling us that you have found a video on Saturn Liberty which you believe infringes your copyright (for example, "I hereby confirm that I believe the video identified below infringes my copyright").

2.     Tell us which country your copyright applies to.

3.     Tell us the title of the video concerned and the full URL for its playback page.

4.     Explain to us in what way that video infringes your copyright (e.g. the sound is copied, the entire video is a copy of an original work made by you, etc.)

5.     Identify the type (e.g. a film, a piece of music, a book, etc.). and details of (e.g. title, publisher, dates, etc.) the copyright work which you own the rights in, and which you believe has been infringed. If this information is available on the internet, it is helpful to send us a link.

6.     Let us have contact information so that we can get in touch with you (email address is preferred).

7.     Let us have the contact information which we can pass on to the submitter of the video concerned, so that they can get in touch with you to resolve your complaint directly (email address is preferred).

8.     Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted work described above is not authorised by the copyright owner (or by a third party who is legally entitled to do so on behalf of the copyright owner) and is not otherwise permitted by law."

9.     I swear that the information contained in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or have an exclusive right in law to bring infringement proceedings with respect to its use.

10.   Sign the notice. If you are providing notice by e-mail, a scanned physical signature or a valid electronic signature will be accepted.

11.   Send the notice, in writing, to the following address:

Please also note that the information provided in this legal notice may be forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content.

Make sure you know whether the content that you have seen on Saturn Liberty infringes your copyright. If you are not sure what your rights are, or whether your copyright has been infringed, you should check with a legal adviser first. Be aware that there may be adverse legal consequences in your country if you make a false or bad faith allegation of copyright infringement by using this process.

Counter Notification

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to legal liability. Please also be advised that we enforce a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers who are repeat infringers.
